We have done that exact same thing here at Hadler DMC Scandinavia, and it has resulted in a new #customer service program where we have been examining ourselves and the service we provide. With a questionnaire, direct linkedin and Facebook contact with customers, we have been sharpening our service profile, response times to RFPs and extending our destination program.

This means that in the future, we are now geared to handle even more business, and will be even better at providing that excellent service our customers have come to expect.
