Fulfilling expectations
“Everyone was enthralled and we still talk about the trip … the food, the surroundings, and the teambuilding – everything was complete. The atmosphere on the whole trip was great and lifted – and we have no doubts that it will contribute to making our working days even more fun in the future.”
When OSRAM – one of the world`s largest producers of light sources – looked for a provider of a different company outing, they chose Hadler DMC. An obvious choice, according to marketing coordinator Ann Charlott Enegaard, who knew Hadler DMC from their newsletter: “I`d read about some interesting arrangements in their newsletters and thought that it might be worthwhile to take contact and find out if they could match our requirements. So I contacted Bent Hadler of Hadler DMC, who understood what we needed at once“, says Ann Charlott Enegaard.
Teambuilding in Sweden
OSRAM`s Managing Director, Henrik Worsøe, was pleased that Hadler DMC was selected for this teambuilding event: “The trip was a success and the cooperation with Hadler DMC has been perfect. They gave us a fine experience that fulfilled all our expectations! We can highly recommend them to others“, concludes OSRAM`s Managing Director.
“The purpose of the trip was to have a fun and memorable experience which would make us an even better team in our working day. We have a team that works quite well together without conflicts worth mentioning, but the age difference is big – we have employees in their thirties and some close to retirement. So our first and foremost objective was to find a fun and entertaining soft-teambuilding trip without too many physically challenging activities”, says OSRAM`s marketing coordinator.
And fun and entertaining it was … Very early one morning the expectant OSRAM-employees took off from their offices in high spirits – aiming for the Swedish manor Toftaholm, which is situated in the wonderful southern Swedish countryside. They were welcomed here by Hadler DMC’s team of instructors ready to challenge the “bright lights of OSRAM” with a number of exercises putting cooperation, communication and coordination skills to the test in a new, fun and different way.
“Bent and his team guided us through the exercises with great authority. There were absolutely no doubts about anything. And they`d spiced up the program with bonuses for those of us who wanted a little more in the ways of physical challenge – such as canoe races on the lake in front of Toftaholm. That was a pleasant surprise and we all enjoyed it immensely“, says Ann Charlott Enegaard.
