During the joint SITE+MPI Global Forum 2018 in Rome, Irina Galimova, project manager at Hadler DMC Scandinavia, received her Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) designation with top-grades. With her newly acquired CIS, Irina will be able to help clients create impactful incentives that deliver memorable moments for the incentive earners, as well as increasing the Return of Investment and/or Experience for the company.

The Certified Incentive Specialist is a SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) is a Premier Entry-Level Certification for the Incentive Travel Industry. This two-day, in-person workshop provides up-and-coming professionals with the understanding of how incentive programs are designed, what motivates people to achieve greater levels of performance, and the positive impact of incentive travel and business results.
